English version of a real Webomat project

Trinergy (trinergy.pl) runs triathlon coaching in Poland: online coaching, training plans and camps. The agent rebuilt its website; this is the new site translated into English. See the website live →

What to look for

What a good personal trainer or club website needs

Someone looking for a trainer has usually already decided to start. On your website they check three things: is this for me, how much does it cost, and how do I take the first step.

Sample website of Trinergy on a phone
  1. Who the training is for

Beginners after a long break, runners before a marathon, triathletes, kids in a youth section, seniors. A specific group on the first screen works better than “training for everyone”, because readers recognise themselves in it straight away.

  2. Sports and ways of working together

One-to-one training in the gym, small groups, online coaching with a plan, camps, youth sections. Each format described separately: what a week of coaching looks like, how many sessions there are, what the client needs.

  3. Packages and prices

A single session, a session pack, monthly online coaching, a club membership fee. A “from” price saves you the “how much is it?” messages. The agent copies your prices exactly as you give them and never makes one up.

  4. A timetable that works on a phone

Day, time, room or venue, group level. A table you can read on a phone without scrolling sideways, not a photo of the sheet at reception. You send timetable changes in the chat.

  5. Coaches with real qualifications

Name, photo, specialism, licences and courses, competition results if there are any. The agent does not add qualifications, titles or medals you have not provided, because a made-up licence comes to light quickly.

  6. A first step with no friction

One clear button: book a consultation, ask about a trial session, sign your child up for a section. It leads to a form whose messages go to your panel and your e-mail, or to your phone. If you take sign-ups in an app, a link to it can sit here too.

  7. Results and reviews, real ones only

Client stories and transformation photos persuade when they are real and you have consent to publish them. Webomat does not invent reviews or results. It carries over the ones on your current website, and a link to your Google reviews covers the rest.

  8. Where you train

The address of the gym, sports hall or pool with a map link, parking, changing rooms, and for outdoor sessions the meeting point. With several locations, each one described separately with its own hours.

  9. Training photos, not stock

Your gym, your athletes at races, a camp, a group session. A stock-photo fitness model tells nobody what training with you looks like. The agent takes photos from your current website, and you add new ones in the chat.

  10. Structured data and your Google profile

Name, address and phone identical on the website and in your Google Business Profile, plus a schema.org description: a sports facility type for a club, a service with an area served for a trainer. This helps you appear in answers to the question of a trainer in your city.

Common problems

What usually goes wrong on old trainer and club websites

A trainer’s website is often built over one weekend, and a club’s has been patched for years by a string of volunteers. The result is similar: it is hard to find what people came for.

  • Old site

The timetable as an image or a PDF

A class schedule pasted as a photo or a download: unreadable on a phone, and every change means a new graphic. On the new website the timetable is a plain table, and you change the times with one instruction in the chat.

  • Old site

Your offer only in social posts

Prices and training formats scattered across posts and stories that Google won’t show in search results. The agent builds the website from what is on your current website and what you describe in a short conversation, and your social profile stays as a link.

  • Old site

    News from several seasons ago

The last post about a tournament years ago suggests the club has closed. The agent can drop or shorten outdated sections, and you add current news in the chat when you need it.

  • Old site

“Get in touch” instead of an offer

No prices and no description of how you work puts off people who want to compare a few trainers first. On the new website your packages and formats are described, even if you only give a starting price.

What you get

What the agent builds for a trainer or club

The agent builds the structure from your content. A trainer working solo usually needs fewer pages than a club with sections; below is a typical set you can adjust in the chat.

  1. /

    Homepage

Who the training is for, formats, the trainer or coaching team, a button to book a consultation.

  2. /services.html

    Services and packages

One-to-one, group, online coaching, camps, and for a club a separate page per section, with the prices you provide.

  3. /timetable.html

    Timetable

The weekly plan in a table: day, time, venue, group level.

  4. /coaches.html

    Coaches

Photo, specialism and qualifications of everyone on the team.

  5. /results.html

    Results and reviews

Client stories and athletes’ results, if they are on your website and you have consent to publish them.

  6. /contact.html

    Contact and directions

Phone, e-mail, venue address with a map and a trial session form whose messages go to your panel and your e-mail.

On every page

  • Tap-to-call phone number
  • Mobile-friendly
  • Titles and descriptions for Google
  • schema.org structured data
  • Sitemap
  • 301 redirects

The $29 package gives you up to 10 pages, the larger ones up to 25 or 50, enough to give every club section its own page. Old addresses are redirected (301) to the new ones.

FAQ

Questions from trainers and sports clubs

Can clients sign up or buy a membership on the website?

They get in touch through the form: name, phone, goal and message go to your panel and your e-mail. Webomat does not build booking systems with a calendar, memberships or class payments. If you already use an app for bookings or payments, the website links to it.

I change my timetable and prices often. Can I manage on my own?

You make changes in the revision chat, e.g. “from November the kids’ class is on Tuesdays at 5 pm”. The agent shows how it understood the request and makes the change once you approve it. Your package includes 3, 5 or 10 revision rounds. If the timetable changes every week, it is better to keep a regular plan on the website and link to your booking app.

Can I show client transformations?

Yes, if they are real and the people in them have consented to publication. The agent carries over photos and stories from your current website or ones you add in the chat, but it does not create before-and-after photos or add results.

I only coach online. Is this for me too?

Yes. An online coach’s website doesn’t need a map; instead it describes the process in detail: consultation, plan, weekly check-ins, reviews. The agent builds the structure around what you describe, and it won’t put an address in the structured data that you don’t provide.

Can I sell club kit or merchandise through the website?

Yes, with the separate shop package for $129 or $259 net: a catalogue with sizes, a cart, payments and courier shipping, set up for selling in Poland (Polish payment gateways, prices in PLN). Webomat does not sell memberships with access control or access to online training plans. If your website was already built with Webomat, you can add a shop to it for $129 net. You pay for the package once, with no subscription; after the first year, hosting a website with a shop costs $99 net a year.

How the Webomat shop works →

I don’t have a website, only an Instagram profile. What then?

You start with a short conversation: who you train, in what format, where and for how much. The agent builds the website from that, and you add training photos in the chat. Your social profile goes on the website as a link.

Will the website be on my own domain?

Yes. A year of hosting with an SSL certificate is included in the package, after that it costs $29 a year. You point your domain to the new website following the instructions in your panel, and e-mail on the domain keeps working. You can also download the finished website as an HTML package.

How much does a website for a trainer or club cost?

A one-off $29, $99 or $129 net, depending on the number of homepage versions, revision rounds and pages. Before you pay, you see the first homepage version (one per account) for free.
