Questions

Common questions.

Can’t see yours? Give us a ring: 0161 496 0321

How do I send you my records?

Through the app or by email. Pick whichever suits you — what matters is that records arrive regularly through the month rather than all at once at the end.

Can I switch to you from another accountant?

Yes. We agree when we take over and which records and information we need from your previous accountant, and we guide you through it step by step.

Who will look after my business?

A dedicated accountant — the same person every month. Ben Wilkes runs payroll, and Emma Rushworth looks after limited company accounts and year end.

When will I hear about my tax?

By the 15th of every month we send you a summary of the tax you need to pay, with the amounts to transfer.

What does the price depend on?

On how many transactions you have, how many people you employ and how your business is set up. “From” prices are on the pricing page, and we agree the exact fee before we start.
