Services and prices

What we do and what it costs — up front.

Your month with us

Three steps. The same every month.

  1. 01

    You send your records

Through the app or by email — whichever suits you. Snap receipts as you go instead of saving them up for a shoebox in January.

  2. 02

    We do the books

Your dedicated accountant records everything, prepares your VAT return and submits it to HMRC. If something is missing, we ask for exactly what we need.

  3. 15

    You get your tax summary

By the 15th of the month you know what tax is due and how much to set aside. No digging through old emails.

Making Tax Digital

We get you set up for MTD — from software to HMRC access.

Making Tax Digital is HMRC’s move to digital record-keeping and online submissions through compatible software. We help you make the switch calmly and agree a way of working that fits your business.

  • We help you choose software and keep digital records.
  • We set up our agent access with HMRC so we can act for you.
  • We agree who submits your updates — you or us.
