01 — About us

The first school in Poland to offer end-to-end preparation for the world’s top universities.

We began as a group of young graduates, teachers of international programmes and academic researchers from Polish and foreign universities. We were brought together by a shared passion and a dream of a school that guides each student along the whole path to university abroad.

We work as independent advisers, building a ‘bridge of opportunity’ between Polish education and the requirements of renowned universities in the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, Italy and elsewhere. We are members of international organisations dedicated to education and youth development.

Our story

  1. EDUN Tutoring Centre

After its first students’ success in applying to US universities, the centre opens branches in more cities: Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław.

  2. The Swan School

The after-school academy opens with its own curriculum: university application support combined with regular one-to-one classes for the SAT, IB and A-levels.

  3. Maker Studio

An educational design studio where secondary school students become genuine designers of innovative technological solutions.

Good preparation for university abroad isn’t just about good grades, passed entrance exams or extracurricular growth on its own. It’s all of these, happening at once.

02 — Programmes

Every plan starts with an assessment of one student.

We thoroughly assess knowledge and skills, then build an individual programme: subjects, entrance exams, application documents and extracurricular development. Classes run in Warsaw and online.

03 — Destinations

We help with seven destinations on three continents.

Every country has its own admissions system, exams and deadlines. We know them inside out – pick a destination and we’ll show you the route to its universities.

Not sure where yet? We’ll help match the course and university to the student’s potential. Let’s talk about a plan
04 — Admissions

How do you join The Swan School?

Four stages, after which the student has a plan with a set number of hours and a timeline for the application process.

  1. 1Stage 1

    Meet a founder

We get to know the student’s needs and identify the areas where we can support them.

  2. 2Stage 2

    Assessment

Our teachers get to know the student, their skills and knowledge in the light of application requirements.

  3. 3Stage 3

    Individual plan

At a summary meeting we present a teaching plan with the number of hours and a roadmap for the application process.

  4. 4Stage 4

    Classes begin

Lessons start, we monitor progress regularly and build the student’s profile for their applications.

We enrol students at any point in the school year.

Leave your details in the form – we’ll call you back and arrange a first meeting with one of the school’s founders.

Small and friendly, in the heart of Warsaw.

The school is on Nowogrodzka Street, in a building tucked away in a charming courtyard, away from the bustle of the capital. Labs and small classrooms make for effective one-to-one learning. It’s easy to reach from every corner of the city.
